Nicholas King Homes, New Offices, Penn

cHOROS was commissioned to assist Nicholas King Homes to develop the site for their new offices at Penn.

Nicholas King particularly wished to use a wide range of natural materials, to reflect the small scale Architectural style of their new office buildings, and also wanted to incorporate a variety of Architectural features within the design of the building elevations.

cHOROS was asked to suggest materials and selected a mix of reclaimed granite setts and smaller porphyry setts in varied shades and a variety of quartzite’s.

cHOROS worked with Nicholas King Homes to design key elevations and to create an attractive and varied predominantly hard landscape that has now settled into the existing landscape character of the area.
