cHOROS was instructed to design the external landscape to a large residential scheme with undercover parking and a podium level courtyard.



cHOROS created a terrace based on a ship’s deck with low level planters which provided informal seating. The terrace was designed to provide small scale intimate seating opportunities for the residents to relax in as well as a place for them to meet. Lighting was incorporated into the design to provide an attractive and dynamic feeling by night, particularly when seen from the residential blocks above.
